Terms of use
Last updated November 3, 2026
By using Quick PDF you agree to these terms.
The service
Quick PDF is a browser-based PDF tool offered as a subscription with a free trial. It is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Always keep a copy of your original documents.
Accounts
Using the tools needs an account. Keep your login safe; you are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
Your content
You keep all rights to your files. Because processing happens on your device, you are responsible for your files and for having the right to edit them.
Acceptable use
Don’t use Quick PDF to forge, falsify or alter documents to deceive anyone, to break the law, or to infringe anyone’s rights.
Signatures and redaction
Signing places an image of your signature on the document; whether that is legally sufficient depends on the document and your jurisdiction. Redaction rebuilds affected pages as images; check the result before sharing.
Subscription and free trial
You can open and edit documents with an account; downloading, sharing or saving files needs a Quick PDF subscription. The subscription is $2.99 per month, or $29.78 per year billed once a year (US dollars; taxes may apply), and renews automatically until you cancel. New accounts get one free trial per account: 7 days on the yearly plan or 2 days on the monthly plan. A card is needed to start it, you are not charged when it starts, and the first payment ($29.78 for yearly, $2.99 for monthly) is taken when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. Accounts that already had a free trial are charged when they subscribe. You can cancel anytime at quickpdfapp.com/cancel; cancel during the free trial and you pay nothing. After you cancel, access stays on until the end of the paid period, and we don’t refund partial periods except where the law requires. The subscription belongs to your Quick PDF account and works wherever you sign in. Payments are processed by Stripe. We will tell you before any price change.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Quick PDF is not liable for any loss arising from use of the service.
